Admissions Process:
All clients receive an intake consult with Trokie specialists. This assessment enables the PCC to recommend a safe plan of care customized for the client based on diagnosis, symptoms and treatment goals.
New client consultation includes:
- Review of your diagnosis and desired symptom relief
- Introduction to Trokie products as medicine
- Which delivery methods may be best for you and why
- Review of potential side effects
Follow-up Calls are scheduled at:
3 days: Should have an idea of how the client responds to the products and dosing regimen.
Modifications can be made at this time.
7-14 days: Should know if the therapy needs to be altered based on clinical response to treatment regimen.
30 days: Create a durable and sustainable medication dosing plan. It can take up to 60 days to experience a 50% to 70% relief in symptoms, but many experience relief much sooner.
Continued Support:
PCC understands each individual’s response to different cannabinoids is unique. Discovering the most effective Trokie products and dose can take up to 30 days.
After 30 days PCC’s member care support specialist will remain in contact to ensure the members treatment goals continue to be met. We understand conditions are constantly changing: we are here to aid in symptom management. Members should always review guidance provided by the PCC with their personal doctor.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
First appointment – Next day
In an effort to keep costs down and pass on the savings to our members we schedule deliveries for once a month. We can also do deliveries 2x per month if patients need to break down the cost and make the therapy more affordable.
Can I get a discount if I buy in quantity? Do you offer discounts?
Yes, because we only accept patients facing serious illness or chronic pain patients. We understand the therapy is going to have high dosing regimen, all patients receive a 10%-33% discount from retail pricing.
Payment Arrangements
Payments can be made either Check or Cash, insurance doesn’t cover Trokie products.
